Synergy 17 Shipping:
Synergy 17 uses UPS, FedEx, and USPS as its primary carriers.
The choice of carrier for your order will be made based on the selection the customer choose during the checkout.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of placing the order.
If immediate shipping is required, please email us at orders@synergy17.com (a $5.00 handling fee may occur for emergency shipments).
If an item is backordered, the customer will be notified and they will have the option to retain or withdrawal their order.
Any changes or errors in the shipping address due to the customer, will be billed to the customer. For any special shipping requests, please contact us at 408-691-5373.
Synergy 17 Returns:
Synergy 17 wants you to enjoy your item(s) and succeed in your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 14 days of purchase with the exception of heat presses, cutters. and software (including digital downloads).
All sales are final on heat presses, cutters, and software (including digital downloads).
Item(s) must be in the original packaging and in perfect, resalable condition.
Shipping costs will not be refunded and there will be a 25% restocking fee.
Used consumables and software dongles can only be replaced if defective.
Synergy 17 is not liable for software incompatablilities.
Synergy 17 Warranty:
Full 14 day Warranty on New Merchandise (unless specified otherwise)
What is Covered: Any defect from workmanship or materials from manufacturer.
For How Long: 14 Days from the date of material purchased (Not the date of invoice). After this time period, the remaining time of the manufacturer's warranty is in place.
What Synergy 17 Will do: Repair or replace the defective hardware with no charge to the buyer.
AS-IS Warranty on Used Merchandise: All used merchandise sales are sold as-is. The item(s) will be tested to be in perfect working condition before it is sold to the buyer.
